Product Delivery Sensor

The SureVend™ product delivery sensor guarantees that a selected item/drink is delivered to the customer or their money is returned. The system works by attempting to deliver the item/drink up to 3 times. If an item/drink is not dispensed and therefore recognized by the optical sensors after 3 attempted vends, the customer is given the option of choosing another selection or accepting a refund.

SureVend™ is a standard feature on all of Crane Merchandising Systems' glass fronted spiral merchandisers, Evolution freestanding drinks machines and the Genesis range of tabletop drinks machines.
